Would give negative stars if I could. I dont have a major credit card or debit card tied to a bank. I talked to several people and they said they used the emerald card like I have to pay. They take 500 off the top then reimburse you for what is left after you return the car that's what I was told. Got there to pick car up today and low and behold we cant take your card cause it's not a major credit card or tied to a bank. Yes it is tied to meta bank. Dont bother with these people you are better off walking.
Was given a car jumped out into 4 lanes of traffic on me. Called enterprise had me towed to a dealership and no car to replace it! Sat for 3 hours unhelped. Better off walking.
I’m going to say this, about once a month, once every other month I rent a car from Enterprise in Mattoon IL and have the greatest of service. Today I had an issue and Travon was AMAZING!!!!nnFor ALL who read these and if ever in need of renting a vehicle, don’t hesitate to rent from them, they go above and beyond, I give a prominent shout out to ALL of them!!!!! You all are rock stars in my eyes!!!!
