My son was scheduled to drop his car off today at 10am for repairs. We were told that a car would be waiting on him at the body shop. The car was NOT there which is understandable an enterprise agent picked him up at 10:20 and he sat up at enterprise until 12:50 waiting on his rental. Every time He asked when the car would be ready he was told in a minute. This isn’t the 1st bad experience I’ve had with this company a few months back I rented a car to go out of town got on the interstate and the car kept shutting down on me on the interstate. I had to turn around and bring the car back. All I was offered was a refund not another car. The car my son was given smelled of smoke and was not clean. I will NOT be renting from this company again I’ll catch a ride before I rent from them. The costumer service was awful both times.

Rental was not due until 4pm. Kicked out on the curb. Rude people!! Go to the Tuscaloosa Enterprise. They are much better. 15 minutes to wait. Nope we need the car now!!! ud83dude21ud83dude21washed and vacuumed to make sure it was cleaner than I dropped it off. They took the car parked it and put someone else in it. They lie about cleaning and sanitizing.

This establishment is not with the times. I rented a car tentatively because I am from out of town visiting family while my car was being fixed. So, They are not open past 12 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. So it turns out my car was fixed and I needed to go back home Saturday evening. I ended up paying a full day rental while the car sat there. $37 in fact. Plus, when I went to drop the car off that evening.... there’s NO DROP BOX. I ended up leaving the keys in the car because I had no choice! I called Monday at 11:30 and the car was still not checked in, I parked it on the front row! This enterprise needs a better system.

The wait to get a car wasn't horrible but I did have a reservation but still had to wait for a vehicle to become available. The SUV was comparable to the one that was pictured in the reservation but it was not very clean and did smell like smoke inside. The staff at the pick-up place in Northport, AL were nice but the staff member at the drop-off location on Skyland Blvd in Tuscaloosa, AL...not so much. The price was better than the competitors.
