2 days before our vacation my husband received a call from Enterprise confirming our reservation and that we would be picking up the rental on the following day. They usually don’t call, but we shrugged it off and confirmed. The next morning 2 hours before we are set to pick up the car, the same rep calls back and says they no longer have any vehicles available and our reservation has been canceled. The only solution he offered was for us to try another location 10 miles away. Horrible customer service. We also tried calling customer service to reschedule. The rep confirmed a reservation at the other location and told us to call the location to be sure they had received the reservation. We called and they had not and said they could not promise to have one available. We called customer service again and the rep argued with us about the details of our trip. My husband was finally able to go online and schedule pick up at another location. We tried calling that location to confirm, but never received an answer to the phone. Hopefully there will be a car waiting for us once we arrived. Keep in mind this is the day before our vacation and our children have already left with their grandparents.

Shonte has excellent customer service skills. She was very professional and totally efficient with me as we reviewed everything thoroughly concerning the car rental. She is a great asset to Enterprise Rental Cars.

I reserved a car through a third party they charged me insurance but no car and the Enterprise listed was a closed location booked through hotwire.

Probably the best enterprise I’ve been to! Great people came to pick us up and everything went smoothly!! Wayyyyyyy better than the enterprise on Skyland!!!! Super sweet staff will recommended and will only use this location from now on!!!
