An absolute joke of an experience. Put on hold for 15 minutes with no answer. A reservation set for 2:30 and 2 hours later have heard nothing from the store. You’d be better off trying to rent a car from North Korea
Worst experience ever. Flew in from out of state with an online reservation at this location. Arrived on time to be told they do not have cars available. No offer of a solution. How do you take reservations without cars? I was told to go back to my hotel and they would call me if they got a car back. Needless to say that never happened. Do not rent from this location.
Christi Level of Customer Service is a grade of Excellent. She’s definitely someone that you would want representing your business. Northport Al location is great. I will definitely be renting again
