Everyone is always nice and ready to answer any questions or concerns. They also take care of your vehicle while in the service dept. It's nice to have an area where you can have complimentary drinks etc. if you need to wait on your vehicle. Lynn Layton has been my family's place to go since I was a kid. All I have seen is how much they all have improved through out the years. Thank you.
You need to hire some more oil change techs. I was told you only have 2. I had my oil change date changed twice because of your lack of techs. It took almost 2 hours because you didn't have any help. Paying 70 something dollars for an oil change you would think service would be swift. I could do it myself for a lot cheaper but I pay for convenience. Convenience was very lacking this time and I will have to consider this last oil change the next time it is due. I have always had a great experience at Lynn Layton whether it was a vehicle purchase or service so maybe it was just a fluke but I will have to think long and hard before I drop $70 for an oil change the next time.
