Great customer service. Really appreciated the two women who checked me in and out - they were so nice and even helped me adjust my gas after I prepaid but then didn't use any. Five stars.

The cost of renting a vehicle was manageable, the car ran well, and the initial customer service at the time of pick up was spot on. However, the follow up service once drop off was completed could have been more efficient. For instance, when I called to request my final receipt for passage for reimbursement, I was told I would receive it within an hour, but never received it. I had to navigate through the website to receive the final receipt and if I hadn't persisted then that would not have been intuitive. The other issue I had to contend with was being able to follow up with contacting the local Huntsville Int'l Airport Budget/Avis rental desk. The first time I was able to get through to a live contact, but upon follow up from opening to closing I was not able to get through to anyone and the line told me that the voice mail was filled up. Customer service is very important to clients so I would make an effort to ensure that your front desk people have multiple ways including e-mail for clients to get through to them when they have a question or problem.

The Kia looked clean and was a very comfortable ride. My only complaint is that the car was very stinky of cigarette smoke. I jammed an air freshener in the vent but that did not help.

Our flight was changed due to weather to a later flight and we were not given any assurance that they would be able to get us our car in any way. We were left to dry with no car in cold weather. trash service.

Awful! Car wasn’t even close to the Camry or equivalent I reserved. Gets 7 miles less to the gallon on a 1200 mile trip and was so stripped down my 20 year old Lexus has better interior options and climate controls. Then top it off no one was at the counter for 20 min and then showed up rude. I have rented from most the other options at HSV and never encountered such a poorly run franchise. Would recommend using a different service.
