Just stopped by here to get service transferred to my name after buying a house. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Carolyn was extremely friendly and helpful and was even able to give me a bill estimate based on previous usage at the address. Great service.
Horrible experience! I reported a power outage and three hours later the whole neighborhood got power restored but my side of the street is still without power 13 hours later. How is this even possible? I seriously hate it here!
