Horrible experience with the manager Miasha Woods! Very poor customer service and I will not recommend this location to anyone!

This Thrifty location is based in the airport, so no amenities to speak of. However, both staffers that I met were kind and easy to work with. My car was a base model, 2019 Toyota Corolla which was great on gas and did the job. Not to mention the price... Check em out if you need a trip rental.

Do not rent from the Huntsville airport. I picked up the vehicle the day I was supposed too..I told them I may drop off a day early due to flying back out. They explained as long as it is back by the time I had picked up by a full day early I would get that day refunded. My plans did change and I had to fly back out that day earlier so they did some work on their end and gave me the receipt. Now it is my fault that I left without looking at it but I never thought twice because I have had to do that before and have had no issues. A few days later I see I am charge more then what the rental was to be by almost $100. I call and the lady said that since I went from 7 days to 6 days that now I was charged a daily rate vs a weekly rate and that it was almost $20 more a day. This should be explained to all and now I am out $100 more though they got there freaking car back early...it was only by 5 hrs. I picked up at 9pm and dropped off at 4pm. I could have saved $100 by dropping off at freaking 9:01. The lady argued on the phone...BAD SERVICE, BAD INTENTS AND NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE. SHE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGOZE AND CHECK TO SEE OF THEY COULD DO ANYTHING. I have family and use their services more often. I WILL NOT make that mistake again or rent from them again.

I rented last year from Thrifty, when I was 22. I paid the extra fee. So I wanted to stay with them. Now 23 they refused to rent me because I was under 25. They wasted my time do not recommend them.

Brian, the owner is useless; HORRIBLE Customer Service. Highly recommend selecting another company!!! He is also associated with Hertz and Dollar!nnI just returned a car to Hertz in Greeley, CO. My survey was straight 10s and high praise for two staff members. Brian, you may want to call them and receive some customer service tips! I still cannot believe that you allowed me to leave your counter with a significant SAFETY CONCERN/BROKEN CAR!!! Also, disappointed that I never heard any feedback from Thrifty on the survey that I took so much time to complete?????
