Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented from Enterprise Car Rental twice this month. They are wonderful. Great customer service!! They are so nice and even called me the day after my first car rental to make sure everything was good. I will never go to any other car rental except Enterprise. They are Awesome !!ud83dude00

The car was not available on the reservation time. No notifications were made beforehand and we were told it would be 45 minutes. We decided to leave and we told them to call us when they had a car available. 90 minutes later we received a call that a car was available. We returned and the transaction was completed within 15 minutes. No paperwork changes hands.nWhen my wife was ready to return the car one week later I decided to add gas before return. Realizing that she did not drive the car that far. I was surprised when the car took so much gasoline. 8 gallons.nUpon return I asked how many miles did we drive and was told 137 miles. The attending person stated the car was not full when they rented it to us.nWhen asked were you satisfied with the service I expressed the delay and was told that I would be able to get a free upgrade the next time I rented. The manager gave me a business card with a note on the back stating this.

The last two times I've rented at this address, I spent over an hour waiting for my rental to be ready. This latest time, same thing. I even did the ReadyPass and my rental was STILL not ready. I've been standing here for 20 minutes and they haven't even taken it inside to get cleaned. The employees are nice but they don't get in a big hurry.

*POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND* THANK YOU QUENTIN AND TEAM!!!nI tried multiple Enterprise locations closer to my home, but I had to go to the Madison, AL store- an hour and a half from my home- to find someone who listened to my needs. Quentin was the first Enterprise representative that I spoke with who didn’t try to convince me that a minivan was the same thing as a Suburban. He took the time to track down and acquire the vehicle we needed to comfortably accommodate 5 adults and 2 children with car seats plus luggage for 11 days. I know he was busy because when I arrived later that day for pickup, it was only him and one other staff member (super friendly and helpful lady-I am sorry I didn’t get your name!) working this location. They were both hustling to get many customers in and out in a safe and speedy manner. I am so grateful that Quentin took the time to make it happen for us after so many failures at other locations. He and his team got us exactly what we needed within 30 minutes when FIVE other locations couldn’t do it with an entire month’s notice. We are halfway across the country now. We have plenty of room for everyone and everything. Quentin and the rest of the team at the Madison, AL location at 9300 Madison Blvd are the only reason we aren’t still sitting at home trying to figure out how to make it work. If you have had bad luck with other Enterprise locations, don’t give up on them. It’s worth the drive to Madison!!!

New staff are this location had been shuttered temporarily due to Covid19. Stopped by and told them what I needed and that I had a free upgrade and would like to use it to get a full sized car. Was told to call 800enterprise due to limited fleet at the time and to reserve a mid-size car and then the upgrade would be used to a full size. So. I did.. 3 days later I arrive and there is a hyandai elantra waiting for me. I reminded them that I had an upgrade that I had wanted to use, so after around 30 mins or more of trying to find a full size I was informed there wasn't one available. The elantra was very nice and drove well but I had to duck low to keep from constantly hitting my head when getting in and out, hence why I wanted a full size. The car did have some issues during the trip. AC display at times would not show snh temp settings... I found that if I put in N and turned switch off n then back on it would correct itself. Also several times we went through strong storms the wipers needed replacing in a big way. And the brakes were starting to rub and shake when applied. Over all a good rental but the issues mentioned lowered it to a 3.
