These ladies are the bomb. Go see them!!! Very friendly and was no hassle to get me in a vehicle. Enterprise did me dirty. These ladies took very good care of me. Treated me very well and was hassle free. I will only do business with them from now on. Truly the best car rental service in Decatur Al

So, we paid for a rental over the weekend with pay now, and get to the location and there are no cars. There isn't a car anywhere, and the lady at the desk was HORRIBLY rude. There is no reason to treat people like that. I rent with Hertz for all my rentals, but I promise I'll never go through this company again. Terrible service!! Don't waste your time.

This is only rated with one star because zero stars is not an option! I searched online for a rental at other other places and locations. I finally reserved an SUV on Hertz website at the Decatur location which is a little over 2 hours from me. 10 minutes after making my reservation I received an email of reservation confirmation. When it was my pickup time I showed up to be told THEY HAD NO CAR FOR ME. I told the lady there that I just drove over 2 HOURS with a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 5 week old because they confirmed my reservation. Her response? “Oh. We don’t have none.” No suggestion on where to go or who to call. Just Freakin “oh”?! This place is ridiculous. Please don’t waste your time.

My sister made reservations with them on 12 April 2021and was told she had could pick up on. Today she went by there and was told that a car was coming in but to call back at 2:30, still no car, she was told to call back at 4 no one answered, tried again at 4:30 they had closed. This is poor customer service.

I rented a car for a week. Went to pick the car up,for them to tell me they don't have a car for me to rent. What's the point of making reservations. Plus they already took the money out of my account a week ago. Unprofessional!! Will NEVER use again!
