When we travel longer distances, we often prefer to travel in a larger vehicle than ours. Enterprise is always helpful and accommodating. For our most recent trip, we requested a mini van and the folks at Enterprise traveled to Cumberland, MD to secure a vehicle that met our needs. Then, we received a call from them while traveling asking about our experience and making sure all was well with our rental. Excellent customer service--always! The manager, Andrew, is tremendously professional and helpful.
While passing through WV, we had a collision near Weston that wiped out our own car, and were advised to try Enterprise for our rental. We had great support from them-- they sent someone out to pick us up and bring us to their office. Though they were having a very busy day, they were efficient and understanding of our situation, and helped accommodate us. We got the last car they had available. The only way I can see they could have done better was to have more cars on hand-- looked like they had need of more that day. Thanks, Josiah, for all your help!
They got a car from Fairmont and delivered to my house when one wasn't available.
