Enterprise was amazing to work with. We knew our charges and nothing was left out of the loop. We were able to go in an hour early to check the trunks out of a few choices to make sure we would have the room we need for luggage. The entire experience went flawlessly and we continue to use enterprise bc of their no hidden costs and friendliness of staff and customer service. Keep up the good work! Even during a pandemic enterprise got your back!!

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rental on the Mileground in Morgantown, WV. Although the car rental and return seemed to go fine, I had a major issue upon returning my rental.nnI understand this issue is ultimately my fault and I take full responsibility for my misfortunes, I am just trying to forewarn any future customers of this issue.nnUpon returning my rental to Enterprise, I discovered about an hour later, that I had left several items, including and significant amount of cash, in the armrest compartment of my rental. I returned to Enterprise to retrieve these items, only to find that the rental had all ready been 'cleaned and serviced'. Peculiar that this had occurred so quickly! I addressed this issue with the employees and the Manager(Wes) at Enterprise, who helped me sort through the trash that had been removed from cars that had been cleaned. I found several of my personal items, but not surprisingly, no cash.nnNo effort was made to question the employees that had cleaned my rental or offer of consideration for my loss.nnAgain, it was my forgetfulness for my loss, but customers beware if you leave anything of value in a rental from this location, you probably won't get it back.

We always deal with the Enterprise on The Mileground in Morgantown, WV. We've rented from there multiple times and are always very satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Love this company!!!!nnI don't usually leave reviews, but I HAVE to here! I decided to take a spontaneous road trip with my babies and so I called LAST MINUTE to see if they had any available rentals....they unsurprisingly didn't(considering I called like 3 hours before they closed), but the very friendly gentleman told me he'd call me if they had any become available. About an hour and a half later he called me back and told me one was now available and said we could come get it after they clean it(note that this was like an hour before they closed and it probably wouldn't be cleaned until right as they closed, but they were still kind enough to assist me!)nI get there and am greeted right away! I had the pleasure of having a kind gentleman by the name of Nick assist me in renting the vehicle. He was VERY patient with me, my kids and the insurance company who had him on the phone for the longest time! He kindly chatted with my kids and I while we waited and made us feel very welcomed!nWhile waiting he went through all the renting details with us, showed us the car and explained everything we needed to know about it and even pulled the car around to our car so it was much easier for me to put my babies' car seats and everything in the car. He even offered to assist with any help I may need.nWhen we returned the car, he(Nick) was once again very friendly and asked if everything went ok and if we enjoyed it!n*I also want to mention that there were two other gentlemen there that day that we came in contact with and even though they weren't in charge of directly assisting us, they still acknowledged us, made sure we were being taken care of and were very kind to my children and I!*nnThis was just the second time we rented with Enterprise and BOTH times we were very well taken care of, only came in contact with employees who were all kind and helpful and left very satisfied! Both times the cars were very well kept, spacious, comfortable and safe!nI would DEFINITELY recommend using enterprise if you ever need to rent a vehicle!
