Our experience was good today. But what really made it stick out was the attitude of the gentleman helping us. I want to say his name was Joe? Anyways, I can not sing his praises enough. His awesome attitude was so friendly, like we’ve known each other for years. If I ever need a rental again I’ll make sure to request him!

Visited location on Don Knotts.. Staff was very pleasant. I worked with a young lady. They didn't have the vehicle I needed but she worked very hard and was able to get it for me the next day. I also was able to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. This is a great place when you need an unexpected rental. I would definitely recommend and will be renting again from them.

This location is great. I had to last minute modify my rental, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me.

I was having a number of difficulties trying to get a rental car for various reasons (e.g. no cars available, no one way rentals / insurance claims from the airport location, no one telling me if they had cars at their location unless I first have my adjuster change the reservation for the 10th time to their branch). I even called the main number several times and spoke with different people who each told me different things.nnJosiah Laulis called me a few days prior to correct an overcharge I received and was incredibly helpful. I decided to reach out to him again to see if he could help me get an answer / resolve my issue / get a car. Not only was he incredibly understanding and accommodating, he immediately resolved my issue without me having to make any additional phone calls to anyone (including to my adjuster). He also got me a rental closer to where I needed to be. I was traveling at the time and trying to enjoy my last day of vacation which Josiah allowed me to do with his incredible customer service. I am very pleased with the outcome and resolution and, though I was initially disheartened with enterprise, I am a happy customer again.nnI should note that in addition to Josiah, everyone at the Don Knotts and Mileground locations were very personable and helpful.
