I have tried to rent a car for a week now. I tried to rent one with credit card and now with my insurance to be told on two different occasions that they have a car but then tell me that it was rented to someone else. I have had to cancel my appointments. I don't see why its so hard to rent a car!!!
No one to take me to destination as advertised. Left standing in cold with No transportation! Will never use service again. Could have made Other arrangements!
