I was told they could pick me up the next day. I had to call since I am pretty sure they forgot. Then I was told it would be an extra $30. Oh, and their pickup driver was running late so it might be another hour and a half. I was told it might be more economical to get a Lyft there. So I did. When I got there, they would not accept my debit card. Nor would they accept cash. If I had known this, I would have changed what I was doing. So now I wasted all this time and $50 on Lyft to get there and back. And I am still stuck and can't get to Dallas. Only reason they get the one star is I can't leave zero stars.

liars and crooks here. Just returned a car me and my wife used to take to San Antonio for a day get away while she is here from Tulsa, OK helping with the Covid patients. My wife rented it on Wed Sept. 2nd for a 2 day rental. The lady (who literally just now would not return our receipt) told my wife to have back today, Friday Sept. 4 by 4pm. We dropped the car off at 4pm today, Friday the 4th and they charged us for 3 days, because it is after noon, the time we rented the car at on Wednesday. This is stealing. Would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely crooked and dishonest. I would suggest 100% Absolutely do not do business with these people. I have never in my life seen such dishonesty from a national AMERICAN business.

Closed before 5pm tried dropping off a vehicle before they close at 4pm but they were closed. The times I have used this location it’s just bad service. One guy running the whole show from what it seems.

They picked me up an hour n a half drive. I brought the car back today n now I am driven back home...... I recommend it highly. Hertz in Laredo Texas.
