I had to rent a truck after mine broke. They immediately put me a new 3/4 ton truck that fit my needs perfectly. Customer service was great and I even got money refunded to me upon return of the truck. Prices were competitive and they were easy to work with. Joy and the other woman (?) who went out of there way to make sure I was in a vehicle quickly thanks again.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had to return the truck day after because the registration stickers & state inspection were expired no only that rear brake light was bad. She was rude to me and trying to charge me for an extra day. No apologize nothing for making me waste my time, (money ) ,work day.nnI haven't got my money back yet that should be a refunded same timennThe truck they gave me wont pass a DOT inspection don' t get mad and treat your customers good because we pay your pay check. no customers no job remember that.

I am handling accounting of one of your customers, we had issues with our recent transactions were we got overcharged. Their transactions seems to be not standard as we started getting different charges. We were one of their regular customers. We can let go of small additional cost to our rentals but charging us twice as much is not good. To the new management, It is always better to work on retaining your existing customers.
