Excellent Service! Great customer service, fair pricing, friendly staff. I’ve rented at thIs location over the past 2 years and I’ve always had a great customer experience. There’s been times when the vehicle wasn’t cleaned too my liking or my reservation vehicle wasn’t available at pick up and the staff here are always accommodating. Honestly this is always my first choice when I need a last minute rental whether for work related or leisure.

Avoid this scam of a company like the plague. I put down my credit card info, received confirmation emails and text from the company telling me they’d see me at my pickup time. On a gut feeling, I called them before driving the 45 mins to pickup to confirm they had a car waiting. They in fact did not. They informed me that my reservation was only locking in a price and doesn’t guarantee they’d have a car for me. They never had a car for me - they had been sold out for days, and now I’m stranded. SCAM. Imagine if I had driven all the way there? Imagine if airlines did that - you show up for your flight only to find out they never had a seat for you, just “locked in your price” in case they did. How many people show up with “reservations” only to find no cars available? I will NEVER do business with Enterprise again. For any of my companies. My employees will be instructed not to use them. This company should be exposed for their scams. They’re lucky I didn’t make the drive - I’m seeing red from 45 mins away rather than in their lobby.

Bryce was very helpful from start to finish. Very polite and professional. I was in and out very quickly. The vehicle was sanitized very well. Definitely will be a returning customer.

Customer service is great. They're very adjustable with time of pick up and are willing to upgrade your vehicle if they don't have what you requested, free of charge. I would give them 5 stars but with covid protocols, customer are required to wait outside and sometimes they wait can be up to 30 minutes or longer when many people are scheduled at similar times. I wouldn't suggest being Ubered if you have alot of luggage. Have someone take you so you can have a place to sit while you wait.
