Doug was very helpful. Called me a couple days before my rental started, to tell me that the car I requested would not be available. Gave me a few options to think about and did what he said.

I was desperate need of a vehicle today and I decided to try out Avis since I had a terrible customer service experience with Enterprise.nWhen I got there the door was locked and I was angry because I had a reservation. But I waited - rather than me throwing a fit I gave the person the Benefit of the doubt - I’m glad - Quintin I believe is his name was running the store on his own today and he was actually gonna cleaning the vehicle which is why no one was there - this young man was so nice and patient - he had a lot on his hands and very busy but he rolled with the punches . He’s up front honest and all around great person !! If he isn’t a manager he needs to be !!! We need more people like him in this world ! He made my experience quick and easy - I will now always be an Avis Customer thanks to him!!!!nGive that boy a promotion! Thank you for you help !

I picked up a car here, dropped off at New Orleans and picked up another car at New Orleans and dropped off back here. The service at the two offices were completely different. Both times I was at this location, Doug was the only guy working. He was slammed both times but he remained friendly, as speedy as he could have been and just professional. You don't realize you are getting good services when there's a comparison. The office in New Orleans were plenty staffed but moved slower than Doug by himself. 5 stars if you run into Doug here. ud83dudc4d

I have been renting cars from the Hurst, Texas location for a while. I always intend to go home and write a review and then forget. Today I came straight home from returning my rental to the Hurst location to write my review. Douglas at the Hurst location is the friendliest. He goes above and beyond to make the rental process super! He is great at trying to accommodate the renters needs. I had an issue with a car and was already on my way out of town and called Douglas and he helped arrange a car exchange in the next town. I can’t say enough of how wonderful Douglas and the Hurst location areud83dude03nThank you!
