So grateful for Enterprise Rent-A-Car! I showed up just as they were closing and Mustafa came out of his car as he was leaving to open up the shop for me and get me a car before the weekend! He was so very helpful, I travel a lot for work and this has been the best customer service I have ever experienced with renting a vehicle. He has made me an enterprise renter for life!

I would have given zero if there was an option for that. After a week when it was time for return, I went for a car wash and did the $20 premium wash. It was way cleaner when I returned the vehicle but the associate there started pointing out small rub while was visible only when I was up close. It would have easily buffed up. Indeed I have to pay them almost $500 out of my pocket. It wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to fix that. They might give you good deal in the beginning but they will charge you for the damages which won't have occurred on your behalf. Won't recommend any one to go on this particular location.

Best price in town by a significant amount. Why go elsewhere? This location in particular was good. The employee who helped wasn't pushy but managed to get all the selling points in with fluidity. Felt like I was dealing with a good neighbor.
