I rent for business on an average of 30 times a year. I rent exclusively from the North Beach Street location when I rent locally. Corey and his team are by far the most professional and caring team of any location I rent from.nnThanks for always accomadating my crazy schedule, and the high standard you set.nnJim
Everyone was very nice to me and very helpful. I ordered a basic car the same day my car broke down and they called me immediately and told me they apologized but they did not have a car so they switched it for a truck. I was expecting a small truck and when I saw it, it was a beautiful huge truck. I was super happy, anyways they were all so nice and helpful will definitely rent a car from here again!!!
I have been renting consistently from this Enterprise location for the past two months for work trips. Victoria, Corey and of the De'onna have been welcoming and extremely accommodating in providing customer service and rental vehicles. If something has not been exactly correct in terms my reservations their team has been considerate, diligent, and competent in providing exceptional solutions. Highly recommend, and the cars have been great drives!
Not enough small cars. The service and upgraded vehicle were okay but I left a few freshly purchased groceries in the rental when I returned it. No employee from Enterprise called me to tell me I’d left something. While it is my responsibility, I would think that they could have at least troubled to make a single phone call. Bad customer service.
