I went there to rent a car in the middle of snow storm when they had very minimal availability. I got an exceptional service from CJ, he went above and beyond to help me out and get a vehicle. Amazing experience, I would always go back there to rent a car.
Please note: the rental counter is inside the mall. Go through gate 3 that's to the right of the giant pink wall. (They cannot put direction signs outside as per mall rules.) Customer friendly rental center with good cars on offer. What I really appreciated is that they are open on Sundays. Although open for a few hours, it's enough to return your car rental on a Sunday which until now was only possible at airport locations. This greatly helps plan weekend arrivals and keep the cost of rental within budget. The staff was courteous and called us ahead of time to let us know maintenance was being done on our car so we needn't arrive prematurely. The car itself was clean - appreciated that in current times of a pandemic. Return process was quick.

At this mall location they gave me a good rate for my multi-week rental. Small competent staff. Convenient location for me.
