I will not be renting from this location ever again. Tom, the manager, was very courteous with his communication. I made a reservation to pick up on Friday afternoon and return the following Monday afternoon. The vehicle they picked out for me wasn't cleaned in time and had to wait for them to clean it for me (took about 20 minutes as I waited). When they brought the vehicle forward, they didn't bother to inspect the vehicle for damage - just handed the keys over to me. I returned the vehicle early Monday with a full tank of gas. However the employee I handed the keys to, reassured us that he'll take care of everything - however failed to close our contract. Fast forward a 4 days later and I get a call that they still haven't received our vehicle and now there are 3 pending charges for $66. Called and spoke with Tom and he noted that our contract was still open, but the vehicle we returned on Monday has since been rented out several times since Monday. He rectified the issue by closing out our rental agreement, but it was frustrating that we had 3 pending charges for $66 each. Everything should be refunded, but there is a serious lack of communication with all of the employees (other than Tom, the manager). The other employees do not effectively communicate with you and it is infuriating. My recommendation is spend a little more and go elsewhere for your rental.

Best Hertz location in the Dallas/Fortworth area. Great management and staff. They bailed us out after corporate and 2 other locations completely dropped the ball on our rental. Thanks guys, you came through!

I rent a car online here. When I got to the store at my pick up time I was greeted by 10+ customers sitting in the lobby. I spoke to a young lady who was very short with me in explaining that they had overbooked me.nnWhen I tried to cancel my reservation I was told I had to do it online.nnPoorly ran store.

I had reservations for a cargo van (it was the cheapest) & arrived to pick it up. Tom (the manager, I believe) & an African American man provided the service. Tom did most of the computer work & when he learned why I got the cargo van & knew he had other options, he gave me the same deal on a Toyota Corolla for the same rate. I ended up only needing it a day & a half (shorter than expected) & got a pro-rated rate (as anticipated). I'm not sure if the pro-rated amount was better or worse - I just know I didn't need the car for 9 days as expected so I didn't pay as much as I planned. And I appreciated the kindness & customer service deal he gave me the day I came in for the van. Thanks, Tom!

I called this store to get a few details straight before renting a car for my upcoming trip. Terrell was so very helpful!! He was patient with me as I asked ALL of my questions (and there were many - ha!) and he answered each of them clearly. This was an even bigger deal bc I called just a few minutes before closing time (didn’t realize they were about to close until I looked on the website while on the phone with him). Not once did I feel rushed nor did I feel as though I was an inconvenience. Way to go Terrell! Great customer service and I’m so thankful for that!!!
