LyfeOnWheels provides excellent customer service. I receive a notification text when they arrive to pick up my family member and when they arrive at destination. The drivers are courteous and professional and the van is neat and clean. The drivers ensure passengers' seat belts are secure before departing. I would recommend this service to others.
I have used this service for my mom to go to a doctor's appointment. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. They even helped us wheel into the doctor's office. They keep you informed at every step so we don't have to worry.
Used Lyfeonwheels many times. My dad is in a nursing home and we always use them to go to church. Very nice van, spacious and clean. Professional service. Felt very safe as they tied down the wheelchair to Base of Vehicle securely.
