I cannot stress how wonderful the staff is here. They rolled with the punches when our exact vehicle wasn't available and when we got home and they billed us incorrectly, they fixed the problem immediately. They even offered to let us return the vehicle closer to our home without an additional charge. The manger Mellie is knowledgeable and polite. I wish more companies had the quality of staff that this Enterprise office does, there would be many more happy customers. I highly recommend this office and we plan on renting from Enterprise in the future for all our car rental needs. They made a fan for life!

This review is not for Enterprise as a whole. Let me make that perfectly clear. My issue is with the Hwy. 501 Conway location. I don't know who this lady is at the counter, but she is rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I've seen this lady talk down to customers who have little knowledge about the rental process. She even gave rental cars to customers she was familiar with who had no reservation instead of customers that did have reservations! And have the nerve to say it out loud for everyone to hear! Are you kidding me! I could not believe what I was seeing or hearing. It was so awkward and uncomfortable.

The car that we rented was ok. Not fully fueled and somewhat clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Lady was very helpful in setting me up with a car and helping me get a discount. I thought maybe I would get a better deal because they always advertise low rates but when you go to get it, it's not there. It's all good.

I have rented from enterprise for years and have never been disappointed. Excellent customer service and cars. First time trying the “upick “ and it worked out awesome. My sister is undergoing cancer treatment and we needed a weekend getaway & thanks to enterprise it couldn’t have been better. Recommend to everyone!!
