The guy that helped me was super nice and went above and beyond to get me in a rental quickly!
I rented a car Saturday 10/3/20 at 9a.m. (2020 Dodge Charger) the car was not clean and there definitely was not any extra cleaning for covid -19 there crumbs from previous renter in the seats and on the carpet ,the interior was dusty and it smelled like sour milk. I have rented from this location a few times before and never had this problem. I did notice new people working there so maybe cleaning cars is not a priority. I actually had to clean the inside of the car and purchase air freshner before I could continue with my trip. Shameful.
It was good, staff was friendly
They were very nice people that pick me up and brought me back home enjoyed our conversation with them and the man at check in and out both were very nice .
