These people are criminals. Months after you return the car they charge your credit card for extra money. For a one week rental they tried to charge my card for 2,000.00, and then for 5,000.37 two moths later. I would stay away from this location where they charge extra for their rentals. I had to file a complaint with their Loss Prevention Dept for fraud at that location. It could just be a few bad employees maybe. However. Stay away from them period. They don’t need to charge a 300.00 deposit because they are up to no good. Just go somewhere else even if it means an extra 300.00 deposit. It’s well worth it.
I do not recommend them at all, the cars are old and when you go to pick it up the insurance is super expensive and you end up paying more than in the other companies
In this time of covid-19 we were assured that the rental cars were clean and sanitized prior to renting. That was not the case the inside of the car was not clean extremely filthy the seats & floors NOT vacuumed. Cigarette burn in the driver's seat. I sanitize the car before allowing my granddaughters to ride during my week in Lawton. I do live in Florida myself so I take the precautions very seriously. I'm in the medical field in I sanitize constantly. The gentleman who helped me at the budget counter upon picking up my car was very nice very helpful. The car itself extremely disappointing.
My car wasn't clean when I got inside of it but overall everything else was a 10 gas mileage the ride was everything&very smooth
It seems that Budget does not check their cars to make sure that everything works in or on the car
