Great experience. Truck was in and out of the shop quickly. They have a drivers lounge along with showers. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. They definitely take care of drivers. All Ryder shops should use this one as an example and follow their standards.

Completely professional facility! From the initial phone call to the repair work! Jake was my tech , he was so patient and professional in listening to what was going on with my semi. He immediately jumped in and addressed the problems with no delays! Extremely satisfied with this facility. 2nd time here. Will continue to come back if in the area. Thank you Jake!

The service was awesome...Kevin went out of his way to get my truck fixed...He even worked on it in the parking lot..The drivers lounge was the cleanest ive ever been in..Also Kevin addressed every problem and issue I had even set up an appointment to get the trucks front end alignment done something the other Ryders wouldn't do..He also got Thermo King to come and address the problems I was having with my apu...THANKS KEVIN your customer service goes way beyond excellent..Thanks again I will be using the Ryder in Fort Smith for all my truck needs from now on...Again great job..
