This is the worst U-HAUL around. There is nothing great I can say about the experience we have had here. No one here will answer the phones. We rented a 20ft long truck to move out everything in our old house on October 13th, 2018. Got ready to start putting things in the truck at the house and the back smelt like straight up roaches. Turns out that there were thousands of roaches all over the place, nobody would answer the phones at the location. It doesnt look like It was cleaned at all, I am not sure how anyone can miss this. Now its moving day and we have a truck with roaches in our yard, probably made there way inside. And 6 movers that we are paying by the hour to help load into the truck.nGood Luck if you use this company, as they have no idea what they are doing.

Don't answer the phone. How can you have a business and not answer the phone!!?
