Reserved and car online and went to pick up but the Manager overbooked the cars available and would not let me take the car that was parked in the lot. Gave a poor excuse and did not apologize at all. She should go to a job training course to learn how to speak the truth to all the customers.nMy advice is to call ahead and possibly look elsewhere for a rental, I’ve never had this type of service in any other city renting a car.nFar more options in larger cities with Uber and Lyft, places like here should start realizing that good customer service will continue to bring people back.
Don't waste your time. Employee just blew me off and didn't even try to work with me.
The website was easy to use to get the car I wanted at the time I needed it. Picking up the car at Ardmore was easy, and Johnna remembered that I was a customer. The drop off at DFW airport was easy.nnNo hassles.
They have always been very helpful, I just wish that they didn't require a major credit card. Will use them in the future.
Not happy. I rented from here when i called in the morning to extend my rental i was on that annoying voice message for about 15 mins before it hung up on me. This is the last time i rent from Enterprise in Ardmore.
