My family had made a reservation for a van about a month ago and planned leaving Sunday then got told the person who had it before us wouldn’t be able to get it back until Monday so went Monday to pick it up and the man acted like he had no clue why we were there when we had gotten called twice making sure to get it Monday then got told we couldn’t go on our trip because they had no vans.
Overall a decent experience. For the price I paid I would have liked a more roomy car. One of my friends rented a car and paid $100 less than I and got a much nicer vehicle.
Worst rental experience EVER. I reserved a full size pick up and was given a small truck and was told when I got to Florida I could go to another rental place to exchange. BTW, this was after they advised me they would have a full size truck available 3 days after my original rental date, so we postponed our trip. We get to Florida and had to call corporate 3 times and go to 4 different places to finally get the truck we originally reserved. The trucks were filthy and I was treated horribly both on the phone and in person at the locations.
Car was very clean and the two people that I have delt with were very nice and courteous to me and my family. I thank them so much
Jared was an absolute pleasure to deal with at the Wilkesboro location. Whenever we travel we always rent from Enterprise but I have to say, after renting cars from them for years Jared was the most professional and friendly representative we've dealt with.
