Where do I begin. Enterprise in Clayton NC ROCKS!!!! I have been doing business with them for years and I love each and everyone of them. Denise is awesome. ALL of them are amazing, friendly, helpful and nice. If they don't have a vehicle you are looking for they will surely go above and beyond to make you happy. The prices are great and when entering the building they always greet you with a hello and a smile. Its clean in the building and they do practice social distance and have their masks on. I tell everyone go to Enterprise in Clayton NC they are the ones that will help you with LOVE , a SMILE and SUPPORT. God bless all of them!nnLove,nNikita

This location is awesome! I picked up my rental on a Sunday. The two employees were slammed. I watched them the entire time and they both, Trey and I think her name was Denice, were very friendly, professional, and treated everyone as if they were the only customer in the shop. I applaud their work ethic, customer service and commend them on their professionalism. Great job! I love Enterprise and always recommend them to my friends.

The customer service was horrible @ Enterprise In Clayton. This is our second time with this location and each time has been horrible. There was no call the day before or the day of our reservation to let us know they no longer have vehicles.nnThe Branch Manager Nick team decides to tell me that there are 20 other reservations that he needs to contact and nothing he can do.nnI would expect more from a person in a leadership role. Don’t go to this location, save yourself the time and simply go some elsennI dislike leaving bad reviews but sometimes it’s and this it

I normally have a good experience with enterprise. But this last time was not so good. When I reserved a standard car they gave me a Nissan Sentra and told me that was a standard (I think not). Then once it was time for me to pay they tell me the deposit has went up to 300 instead of 200. I thought we were in the middle of a pandemic? But never the less hopefully I will not have to rent from them again. Thanks.
