Our rental experience was an easy one. Booking online went smoothly and, we were treated extremely well at the Mooresville NC location, from pickup to drop off.nBut, most importantly, we accidentally left our iPad in our rental and they recovered it AND returned it. THAT is not common in the rental world!nWe greatly appreciated that!nIf you need a rental in this area, choose this location for Enterprise..... you’ll be happy you did!

From start to finish Enterprise did an Excellent job. I was Picked up with the rental vehicle and completed all required information on tablet . Car was left at repair shop when my car was ready. Very easy and hassle free experience.nHighly recommended branch. Moorseville NC

Like the new location. But my 60+ mother had a reservation at 12:00. We arrived around 12:15pm waited for about 30 minutes bc the car hadnt been clean , we leave for a snack and come back and car still isn't ready! Mom has to be back at work. This is unexceptabe. Here it is an whole hour later and still no car. What an inconvenience
