Hertz

The folks at this location were incredibly kind and had great customer service! This is especially true recently when the pandemic struck- the team went above and beyond to provided exceptional service. Thank you so much!!

Worst service ever! Made an appointment at 4:00 to pick up the car. Got called to be to work at 4:30. Tried to call to see if I could pick up the car earlier left a voicemail no one called me back. Got there. Was told I needed to put down a deposit. The guy ran my card 3x and told me my card was declined. Would not let me use another card or rent the car I had booked. I had to call corporate and request a refund. Was late to work and never got my rental car for my vacation. And my money won’t be reimbursed for 3-5 business days. I will never go to a hertz again!

First, when I called to set the car up I was told to call back... when I get the car it good, new but the wipers are terrible.... so bad during a rainy night trip I had to pull over and put $30 into a car that wasn’t even mine. I literally could NOT see. Does hertz not do safety checks before renting out a vehicle?! Never again

Worst experience ever... booked a week in advance got a confirmation a couple days befor pick-up and money takin out of my account, took off work to see a fellow marine in need for them to not honor my reservation when I show up and want to charge additional money on a credit card because the don’t take “debit” but they took the money.. then they tell me 3 different times a car will show up for me and they would honor my reservation but in the end they never did and my original pickup time was 8:00 they pushed me around till 5 when of course they close. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

In and out very fast. Had a very good car. Excellent staff and great customer service. Thank you
