Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I think some upper management should get a handle on what is going on here. Arrived at 9am today 12/14/2020 to return my rental. Had to get my daughter to school at 9:30am. I stayed around until 9:10am. I reluctantly left the keys on desk which the sign on the desk informed me to do. Tonight got receipt emailed to us, almost $50 added on to bill being charged 3 hours stating I returned vehicle at 2:32pm. Hopefully this is made right or I will inform my credit card company to dispute the whole charge of the rental.

Horrible experience and no real customer service!! Went to pick up my Large suv rental only to be told lies. First the girl who was very rude told me that they did not have the suv that I booked and that the only thing she had to give me was a dodge grand-caravan. I told her what about the suburban that I see back there ? she said that she was holding it for another customer! I told her so you are holding the exact vehicle that i booked for another customer instead of me? she said yes! Then she said, do you want the van or not? I told her I guess if that is my only option but I am not happy with that option! she rolled her eyes and proceeded to rent me the vehicle that i did not book. I had to call the E-Desk to get them to change my rate from an large suv to a van rate which they did. I own a business and I will not be coming back to rent at this location ever again.

Best company to rent a vehicle from hands down.

The customer service I received from Kenneth was great. The car I rented was more than I expected for an economy vehicle. Would definitely rent from them again.
