Rented my car at Salisbury airport when I came to visit my daughter in Delaware for few days. Ordering online was fast and simple. Got my keys for the car in 3 minutes. Landed on brand new car 2021 KIA K5. My drive was smooth and fast! Return was very simple too. Best impression - of the car and about the company! Good job, guys!~

Nov 6 thru 8 I rented another time with Enterprise for a long North Carolina race trip. I was given an excellent medium sized car Kia Forte ( almost new...1800 miles).nnThe vehicle rode nice, gave 45+ mpg and was roomy. I also pay attention to the tires ( for their inflation). Fair price.. tremendous experience. Thanks again.

The agent who checked me in was great. I had a few issues with the car itself, but I received a call about my concerns and they took care of it immediately. I was very pleased with the levels of customer service I received from beginning to end. Will continue to use Enterprise! Thank you!

Always accommodating. I was early to pick up my car at the airport due to my flight arriving early. I was willing to wait, the agent offered another car to me so I could be on my way. I also love how fast the check in and check out service as well.

Would not even give 1 star if it was possible! I went to this Enterprise from good experience but the airport terminal is horrible! First no one ever answers the phone !! I called multiple times a day and never any answer. Secondly I reported a crack in the window when i got my rental and was told a note was left, i got charged $219 for that but after months I finally got refunded.. Next the charge $250 for a deposit that i NEVER got back and was told by the girl before i paid that it was refundable. Now no one is trying to return my money!!! I see others that got their $250 back but i booked twice and never got either back. I will never book with enterprise again. And would never recommend. If this is a family business like they claim they seriously need to do an upgrade training on customer service, professionalism.
