Excellent customer service at this location.This is the 2nd time I rented a vehicle. Great knowledgeable staff who dont rush you out the door. My customer service agent explained everything to me in detail. Great location. Will do business at this location again.

Excellent experience. We reserved a standard size vehicle. They did not have any available so they upgraded us to a full-size vehicle at no extra charge. The car ran beautifully and they even let me pay for the rental with a different credit card when I requested it. Craig Larson

It was tough to get a hold of someone on the phone, and there weren't many people in the store when I arrived to pick up a pre-scheduled car. But overall had good service, no issues or problems. Needed a rental while my vehicle had some repairs done.

I rented a car from the south Salisbury office. Two days ago I asked them to replace the vehicle because one of the tires is flat. They said they don't have a rental car, and they tell me to replace the tire at firestone. I told them I don't have time for that, but they said it would take half an hour to replace the tire. When I went to firestone to replace the tire, the firestone rep told me that Enterprise has to approve the repair ticket before they can do anything with the car. I went to Enterprise office today again and asked them to replace the vehicle. They said they don't have an available vehicle. I sent their number to my friend and asked him to call the number and see if they have an available car. He calls me back and said they have available car

Customer service was excellent on the rental of my car. I was upset on my return when I was told after the return they they didn't offer a drive home due to covid st this time. I would have been ok with this if it was told to me when I did my rental not after the car was checked on and I had no ride
