This place....worst car rental place EVER. Reserved a van for a fun trip with friends for the day. We placed a reservation 3 days in advance. Only to show up with no van, or any vehicle that fit 6 people and a person behind the counter who had zero F's to give about it. She suggested we went 40 miles out of our way to the Fallston location. When they were open for an hour and a half before pick up and could have maybe planned ahead and had something brought over from another location. This place SUCKS.

Was told over the phone even if I booked online and paid for the week in full online that that doesn’t guarantee me a car. She Said if Someone walks in and there is a car on the lot that they would rent it to that person. Didn’t matter if I already paid for and reserved it. Makes no sense. So I elected not to pay in advance as a return of money on you bank card takes about 7 days to get back if there weren’t any cars once I got there Anyhow I went there and she then proceeds to tell me she can’t rent me a car because of my credit bureau. ( I didn’t give her my social ). Worst experience that did nothing but waste my time

This place and my whole Avis experience was horrendous. The car was DISGUSTING. I found CONDOMS in the car and the entire car was filthy. I found cigars, The steering wheel had food stains, white goo in the center console, discarded pieces of paper. They said they weren't supposed to clean it but corporate told them that they should. I tried to return the car after less than 30 min of use and tried to charge me almost $100 for a canceled reservation

Lady didn't want to give me the full size I ordered and wanted me into a small suv. Avis hq has it in my profile stating sedan only. She had two full size sedans available but needed to be cleaned. I waited until it was cleaned.

We rented a car from this Avis location because of the convenient weekend hours. When we arrived we were given a choice of any vehicle that was within the vehicle size we purchased. Having the option was great, we were driving to Myrtle beach with luggage and two sets of golf clubs. It was nice to be able to pick out a vehicle that could fit all of that plus our 2 teenagers. The lady at the desk was very friendly, it seemed like a great local family business. Would definitely recommend and rent from here again.
