This location is the only one in my area that is open on Sundays. The staff is super friendly and efficient! I have worked with Barbara several times, she is amazing !!!

If I could give them a lower rating I would! I rented a car for one day and returned it after two. I spoke with them at the time of the rental and said I may be late and if so what would the charges be? They said the same... I was charged triple what I was quoted and they (at the counter) acted like they didn’t understand what happened and said I needed to contact customer service.. so I contacted costumer service and they said “only the counter reps have the ability to change this” and transferred me back to the Aberdeen office.... they sat there and lied to my face. I called back and Ernie screamed at me on the phone and refused to let me ask questions about the rental. I was quoted 119 which I prepaid and they added another 99 to that at time of pickup (which was not explained to me). Terrible service and I would advise against going here!

They were courteous enough but not sure if I would trust this place... I was desperate for a car rental so I went to the office and asked. At first, I was told there were no cars available, but then a second later, was told they only had the mustang and charger available. I saw a whole fleet of cars out front and I only needed it for a couple of hours but they kept insisting those two were the only ones available. Ended up paying $100 to rent a charger while an economy would have cost me a third of that. Since I was desperate, I took the car but asked a friend to check online whether there's a car available for a couple of hours at that location, and apparently they had economy, intermediate and standards classes all available. I'm guessing they get paid commission for any car rentals and if you go in person, they will lie to you to get you to pay more. Avoid doing any business face-to-face if you can and reserve your rent online.nnUPDATE: So after being told to contact customer service and discuss the issue with them, I'm being told that there's nothing they can do for me. I thought maybe it was just one bad apple at this particular location but it looks like the entire company might just be shady. Don't understand why I was told to contact them just to have them tell me there's nothing that can be done...
