I have always been treated well. The staff are helpful, social and pleasant. I've been upgraded once. I'm not a big spender but I am treated as well as any other customer.
The customer service provided by Olivia was outstanding. She made us feel like we were her only customer. She completed our rental agreement in a flash and we were on our way.

I used to rent from this location all the time and the service has always been excellent. It was even better this time because I got a call the day before letting me know the vehicle that I really wanted wasn't available but they have something comparable. Turns out the vehicle did suit my needs, a great road vehicle, and I will rent it again. That's call going the extra mile because I could've just found out when I got there. :o)
Clean as usual, mask are worn by all, friendly as usual with no problems...smooth drop off, thanks again...
