Exceptional service from Brenna at Enterprise (Beaver Dam Rd. Cockeysville, MD 21030).nI had concerns with the other drivers insurance company who was to pay for my rental, actually paying for it.nnSpoke to Brenna before I rented the car to see if the insurance company had setup a reservation for me. Brenna was very helpful in showing me the process she had with the insurance company and kept me up to date through the 3 weeks I had the rental.nnThen after I returned the rental at the body shop they deal with, she was nice enough to call me directly to say the insurance company only covered the first 4 days (of 16 days).nnShe said she remembered our conversation 3 weeks earlier about my concern with the insurance company & payment for my rental.nShe gave me a chance to contact the other drivers insurance company to try & solve this, as she said she’d have to charge my credit card if they wouldn’t pay the bill.nnI resolved the issue & called Brenna back to have her check to see if they updated the coverage for all 16 days. Brenna saw that they did and assured me she would bill the entire rental to the insurance company.nnShe was very helpful & pleasant the entire time even though she was busy. Will gladly return again. Thanks Brenna!

We rented a minivan for a month for a 6,000 mile trip. We were very pleased with the minivan and the customer service at the start and end of the trip. The service was friendly and efficient. We have used Enterprise many times and have always been pleased with their cars, trucks, minivans, customer service and prices.

Enterprise was great. Picked me up from the shop in minutes after I called, and the same promptness when I returned the vehicle. Always there when I need them, and they make renting a vehicle easy. Thanks Enterprise, I will be back again.

Made the reservation without any hassle. Picked up- got an upgrade bc the size car I had reserved not available. Sales ppl excellent- especially Justin at Hunt Valley, MD location. Went that “extra mile” to provide excellent customer service.. I rented the car for 3 weeks & will need one again soon. I’ll definitely be back !!
