DON'T BELIEVE THE WEBSITE. THIS LOCATION IS NOT OPEN. I HAD A RESERVATION CONFIRMED FOR 7/4/20 SINCE MARCH 2020 BUT WHEN I ARRIVED IT MOVED TO A LOCATION THAT IS ALSO CLOSED. I RECEIVED NO WARNING OR DIRECTION AND HAD TO SCRAMBLE TO FIND ANOTHER CAR INORDER TO TRAVEL A FEW HOURS LATER. IT COST ME TWICE THE MONEY. NO APOLOGIES OR COMPENSATION FROM THE COMPANY.
Awful staff person the day I rented my car. They gave me a very non suitable car but I had to get going so I went ahead with it. Trying to get in contact with someone from there about issues I had and someone hung the phone up while I was holding. I would t go back to them. Better experiences at other enterprises...
Decent price. Good service.
Enterprise messed up my parents trip. When my mom came to pickup the vehicle we reserved online her credit card she used to check out the vehicle was inactive (she hadn't used it in so long) -- so it was declined . She immediately got the card re-activated and Enterprise still wouldn't let her get the car bc of a 24 hour block on using that card. She had no other credit card to use. My parents talked to employees in-store, no flexibility. I talked to someone on the phone AND through twitter, no one made any attempt to make an exception or help other than parrot back the rules and offer shallow apologies for the inconvenience. I understand why this kind of rule is necessary, but to not allow a reasonable exception is ridiculous. This technicality will delay their trip by 1 day so my family will *barely* make it in time for my graduation.
My van was rear-ended right before my wedding and I needed another one very soon. Royal was very friendly and took great care of me!
