This is the worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. First I prepaid online and was charged a second time on my credit card. Next I was given a car smaller than I paid for. Third, the car smelled like smoke. Fourth, I was charged for insurance that I did not agree to. Then, Hertz would not refund me for the overcharge. I have rented cars for over 30 years this was my first and last time using Hertz. Wish I could give them negative stars.

Reserved a car a month in advance to accommodate 8ppl. The day we went to pick up the vehicle they didnt have any. Told us that we had to wait until 2pm or take 2 vehicles. Then we had to wait until they went to get a vehicle. I have never been so inconvenienced with a rental before. They are a uber rental place and uber is using all of their rentals. Do not waste your time or energy on this rental place. Specifically this location.

I originally had quite a few issues with this location. After speaking with the manager and sorting out a few issues, I must say this location is really not that bad. The reps are polite and courteous, the manager has a lot of patience and the cars are much cleaner then those that I've been renting from Enterprise. However, the customer service hotline is still terrifying to deal with.

Had an appointment to get a car and went there and no cars. Why make an appointment to get a car and there's no car. A Waste of time and money.

Giving this company 1 star is me being nice. The costumer service at Hertz is extremely poor! The rental car the gave me was too small when I went to exchange the car they told me they didn’t have any full size vehicles and the one SUV they had needed an oil change. Furthermore the demeanor of the employee was ridiculous and unprofessional. I would only recommend Hertz to my enemy.nnP.S. the outside of the car I received was filthy!
