Worst experience ever. Rental was completed through a dealership that was paying for my rental due to agreement on work being completed. I had the car only to go home and back and again. A Total of 29 hours. I was charged for 2 days of insurance and one day of rental plus all the taxes and fees. After waiting about an hour to get my information input my information, I was told the entire bill would be my responsibility. Talked to my sales person who said I would have to put a down payment of $100 that would be refunded upon return. I was an electronic invoice for $84 I contact the dealer who said they would straighten it out. Then I get another email invoice saying I now owe $38 which the dealer should have been billed. Within 6 hours I receive a threatening email saying I have an outstanding bill and I would no longer be able to rent a car from any of their affiliated companies if this wasn't paid further more i would be turned over to a collection agency!!!! All within 36 hours of the initial interaction! Followed by this email asked me to rate them!

The car I picked up in Maryland smelled of cigarettes right when I got it. Also the car was not cleaned well. Smudges all over the windows and dirt all over the outside of the car. With covid I thought the interior would be spotless. So I cleaned the inside myself. Other than that I had a great experience with enterprise.

I rented a truck from the White Marsh store. It's the only store I deal with. They are friendly, courteous, professional, patient and reliable. My vehicle was clean and drove like a dream. I highly recommend enterprise for your vehicle rentals. They are fabulous and very affordable. Thanks for making my rentals a positive experience!!

This is the worst place to rent a car. I have been using enterprise for both personal and business at different locations and has never had problems or asked for proof of address before. I provided what I had on me and she wanted 3 proofs of address. Who goes around with such? The lady was so rude and didnt seem bothered. She went to join her colleagues at the back talking while I was still there. I had to cancel my trip because she couldn't verify my address. I had made this reservation for weeks ahead of time. Really disappointed with this office.

did not have my car class in stock. selected vehicle had very strong stale smoke odor.nCheck out attendant was very nice and polite--was wearing mask and explained all i needed. reduced cost for lower car class and made note of stale order.nOn return; I waited for 5 minutes before someone came out--he was wearing mask and all was well
