I made a reservation online with a bank card corresponding to an account with plenty of funds. I was on time for my reservation and was also surprised by the disrepair of the kiosk and surroundings. There was no sign outside of the building. The attendant asked me to write down my social security number twice, which was also a surprise. My card was declined three times and the clerk volunteered to use an attitude with me despite my cheery and sincere disposition. After being reassured of my standings with my bank, I embarked on the difficult process to reach the attendant by phone; who instantly hung up on me without hearing my question. I'm temporarily stranded and do not understand why or how to remedy the issue. The problem is with Budget and not with my card. I do not feel safe or welcome in this area. Protect yourself by avoiding the company entirely.
the customer service is terrible!!! I needed to talk with agents and they kept putting me on hold for 45 minutes or they hung up on me a couple of times. I also called and asked about the toll prices, and the amount that I have been charged was way more than what I was told. You can not resolve an issue on the phone, they are not cooperative at all!
Good car. Short Saturday hours. Customer service depends on who you get!

I didn't have a good time with customer service. They weren't willing to work with me at all or explain to me why they couldnt. Glad I didn't rent with them.
