I have had a tough time getting an insurance claim settled from an accident on Christmas Eve in a timely manner. When the insurance agency discontinued my rental, Michael extended my car for another week at the same cost as the insurance agency. I couldn't be any more appreciative. He is a very kind man, always polite and efficient. The 11404 Reisterstown Road Enterprise has been my go-to car rental agent for awhile, and they have always provided me with safe rentals, excellent customer service. I recommend them highly.

I will always go back to this location, the people here are very caring and nice and man you cannot beat the personality and the best cars ever. Michael Franklin God Bless You for your help, I came to visit a sick friend and you pulled through for me after all the bad news I got and the car that I rented was beautiful and the pick-up and drop-off was just amazing, thank you for your help and prayers.
