Avis Car Rental

This is a subcontractor and he cheated me. They rent me car with expired documents. I got charged twice and when I called avis company they didn't refund it because it must be refunded by agent at this location. Agent asked me to call my bank and have them refund the amount through dispute and he will accept it but he rejected the bank dispute and bank charged me. He is tricky and cheater. Avis company is not able to discuss any financial related matters to this agent.

Two days now that I cant get a car for uber!!!! Yesterday they called me when I was 5 minutes out! couple minutes before my reservation to tell me they do not have any cars!!! moved reservation into tomorrow and they called day prior to tell me they will call at 8 am to let me know. Received no calls and they blocked my number because it automatically goes into the automated voice messaging machine and redirects me to the national hotline, but if I were to use another number it goes through. Great way of doing business.....Very Professional......

I should have checked these reviews before making this rental particular reservation through AARP please don’t patronize this place we had to get an additional upgrade after the AARP upgrade because two of vehicles smelled like marijuana the young lady was very apologetic and had great customer service (she’s why they got a star otherwise I wouldn’t have rated them at all) she and granted us a super upgrade which later came with a much bigger bill upon returning the vehicle this young customer service person who handled my return was irate he was very rude and should consider another line of work he abruptly told me after questioning a huge difference in my final bill ( hundreds of dollars) and was not helpful nor was the supervisor both indicated that I needed to contact customer service and had to go back and forth about my request to get a copy of my original rental agreement and the final one. Then I was directed to billing after today an additional 300 pending charge. After 2 1/2 hours of my time I was conveniently disconnected 4 times by customer service reps. Then I requested to speak with a manager/supervisor I get transferred to a recording that says someone will contact me within 48 hours. I also called the corporate office with no success. Ya’ll please read this reviews I should have. Never Again will I give AVIS my $ and definitely not this location ud83dudc4eud83cudffd

I've rented here 2 to 4 times per year since 2003, because they are walking distance from my home. Service has always been very friendly, reservations and costs have always been correct, and in short business here has been professional and just what I expect from Budget and Avis. As an example of their kindness, on my last rental I accidentally left a personal key on the rental keyring when I returned it, and although that car was re-rented before I could alert Budget, they looked out for my key and set it aside for me when that rental ended. For me Enterprise and Nextcar are also walking distance from home, but this Budget-Avis location is my go-to rental location because they are professional, and kind, with good rental rates.

Bad customer service they won't listen to the customer at all
