I thought this might be a good alternative to Enterprise as my last 3 experiences in auto rentals have been challenging, to say the least. There aren't that many cars to choose from and my initial service at pick-up was good and hassle free. However, Towards the end of my rental I noticed an unauthorised charge on my card for my rental. The Hertz rep said they were not able to contact my insurance representative so they charged me for the rental. They did not call me to let me know they couldn't reach the rep. I had no problem reaching him. I do thi k they should have called more than once.nnAs of today I am on hold again trying to get the unauthorised charge refunded. (day 5)

I made a reservation through the insurance claim division for a vehicle. When I arrived there, and headed to the office, I was stopped and told to move my car to the other side of Joppa Rd. This is a busy 4 lane road, during rush hour, that i would have to cross in my vehicle, to park in a lot owned by another business, and then try to cross back on foot. I was cancelling the orfer was fine with him, when I told him I wasn't going to do that.nI canceled my order and went to Enterprise where I was treated properly.

I took a car from this location and it had a tire flat and trying to reach them but they didn’t answer the phone. I called them 10-20 times but no response. And finally I called the customer service and they said my rental was already canceled but I wasn’t.nnDon’t go this place and do not rent a car from HertznHorrible service, I like to give them 0 if I can.nnNever rent a car from there.
