Everyone at this Enterprise agency was very helpful throughout my entire rental process. I was bouncing between my insurance company and this Enterprise while my car was getting fixed, and the staff here made everything very easy and checked up on me multiple times during the timeline I utilized them. The car I rented was also well kept and clean on first day’s use. The staff also took me back and forth between the dealership. All around great service!

My experiences at the Owings Mills location have always been very pleasant and efficient! Matt, the agent that helped me during my last visit, was so kind and accommodating. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and I left with a rental that I loved! Thanks for the awesome customer service, Matt!

I absolutely live my experience with Enterprise. Great customer service, flexibility with customers, and most of all communication is always respectful and professional. Most of the time it's not what you say but how its said....And in the world today customer is deemed unimportant not here. I would always recommend them to anyone.

I mean where do I start I went to rent the car had no problem went in the car but they rented me a car and it smelt like I mean not trying to be disrespectful but smell like they rented it 2 a person that couldn't hold their bladder the car had a very bad odor so I took the car had the car detail for $35 what a bunch of air fresheners and the cost melt a little better so when they rented me the car they did not go through the car and see how dirty the car was before they rented it to me so when I bring the car back but one guy automatically says oh it's smoke damage and tried to charge me $80 for a cleaning fee which y'all didn't even clean the car before y'all rented me the car bad business all said and done I got my deposit back with no fees to come out of it finna put my hands on somebody in that b****
