Overall great job! Appreciated the drop off and pick up of vehicle at a location convenient to me. Vehicle had a funny smell when dropped off--like cigarette smell camouflaged by air freshener. Odor subsided after I drove with windows down and left vehicle in sunny spot the next day.nnCustomer service representatives were terrific! They waited for me, took care of everything on site--no need to go to their office, which saved me time and inconvenience.

I rented from the Catonsville MD location on Baltimore National Pike.nMy rental was covered by GEICO due to an accident.nThey were flexible on when I came in to set up my rental, they did not have a sedan ready so I was upgraded to an SUV at no charge. The vehicle was clean, the center was clean, they were polite, and prompt. I was able to return it to a different location where my car was being serviced saving me from having to go back to the original center.nI had a very good experience.

The overall experience with enterprise rent-a-car was pleasant and easy. Having to get a car for a week or 2 is stressful enough when you are waiting for your car to get repaired but enterprise was curtious and was willing to work with me for any unforseen hiccups. I would recommend them to anyone.
