Rented a standard size truck for 1 day, when I finished inspecting the car on the ride home took my mask off and it wreaked of smoke. Returned to the rental location to almost being giving a smaller car because they had a bunch of outstanding rentals. I tried to call a few different locations but had no luck finding another rental. So they hook up the machine to remove the smell from the vehicle, I’m already an hr past when I wanted to be on the road. Once the cleaning is done the smoke was gone but covered by a very strong bleach smell, I informed the location already that I have 2 kids with severe asthma and this is as an very inconvenient experience.

Although the vehicle I ended up renting was good, it was not the car I reserved or wanted to have for a week. I had reserved an Intermediate SUV so we had some room and not be cramped in a regular car. I am 6’5” tall and my wife is 5’10”. It is also the vehicle we are used to driving so we wanted a similar vehicle.nWhen I arrived at the office the only car in the lot was a mini van. Yes it was good and ended up working out, but boy did it drink gas and had a very large tank. So filling up was very expensive and very often since it didn’t get great gas mileage per gallon.nWhen I made the reservation I expected to get the DUV not a mini van. If you don’t have the vehicle reserved, don’t accept the reservation or get the vehicle before the date to pick up.

It's always a pleasure to do business with this company. Always friendly and helpful. Only thing is that when I went to return the car it was only 1 person working. She done a great job in helping everyone in a timely manner. Thanks again for your service!!!

I’ve had my 2019 Dodge Charger since 3/18/20 from enterprise rental on bel air rd. The customer service there is fantastic with the start of Deontae.whom I met first and received my rental from which by the way he was awesome then Corey. Andrew. Bonnie.whom I’ve spoke with over the phone.. they were awesome as well Just to name a few. The site is clean and sanitize.. they are very compassionate when it comes to their customers. I was standing in there waiting to be served and heard a customer go off on one of the reps but he kept his cool and still worked with her anyway. I thought that was very impressive.. best customer service of all time.. I would encourage anyone looking to rent a vehicle to go there!!!!
